Terms and Conditions​

1.    The Fitbit offer (“the Offer”) is brought to you by HSBC Life (International) Limited, incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability (“HSBC Life”), and shall at all times be subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). The Offer is applicable to selected Well+ members who have received the related direct mailer from The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (and its successors and assigns) (“HSBC” or the “Bank”) in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”).
2.   The promo codes issued under the Offer will be valid from 11 July 2022 to 30 September 2022, both dates inclusive (“the Offer Period”).
3.     The Offer is only applicable to Fitbit Sense (Carbon), Fitbit Sense (Lunar White), Fitbit Versa 3 (Black), Fitbit Versa 3 (Navy) and Fitbit Versa 3 (Pink Clay) on the Well+ x Fitbit offer page handsomebeauty.com/well and only while stocks last. Other products on handsomebeauty.com are not applicable.
4.     Handsomebeauty.com is the e-commerce site of CW Supply Ltd., the authorised official dealer of Fitbit in Hong Kong. HSBC Life shall not be responsible for any compatibility issues between your electronic device and the e-commerce site, or where the e-commerce site may fail to function properly during the Offer Period, or if it cannot be accessed due to any reason, such that you will not be able to access the site in order to redeem the promo codes.
5.   CW Supply Ltd. (and not HSBC Life) is solely responsible for redeeming and giving effect to the Offer as applicable, and for the quality, provision and delivery of the Fitbit products that are the subject of the Offer (and its relevant services and consultations), including all product warranties, defects, quality control and agreed maintenance services associated therewith. CW Supply Ltd. shall provide the products and/or services that are the subject of the Offer to the selected Well+ members under CW Supply Ltd.’s own terms and conditions.  HSBC Life does not purport to become a party to any sales contract between CW Supply Ltd. and the selected Well+ members.
6.     CW Supply Ltd. is not acting as an agent or representative of the Bank or HSBC Life in relation to the offer.

7.     In case of any enquiry related to the promo codes or Offer details, please contact us by going to 'Support' and selecting 'Chat with us' in the HSBC HK Mobile Banking app; otherwise, for any enquiries regarding stock, shipment, delivery and relevant service information, please contact CW Supply Ltd. or handsomebeauty.com directly by email to sales01@cw-supply.com.
8.    In the event of any dispute arising out of this Offer, the decision of HSBC Life shall be final and conclusive.
9.   HSBC Life reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and the Offer may be withdrawn and/or terminated by HSBC Life at its discretion without prior notice. HSBC Life accepts no liability for any such change, withdrawal and/or termination.
10.  No person other than the selected Well+ member and HSBC Life will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
11.    In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
12.   These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the Well+ Terms and Conditions, available on Well+ website hsbc.com.hk/WellPlus or on the HSBC HK Mobile Banking app. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Well+ Terms and Conditions in respect of this Offer only, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
13. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

4. Handsomebeauty.com是隸屬德利物流貿易有限公司，即Fitbit 香港授權經銷商的電子商務網站。對於您的電子設備與該電子商務網站之間的任何兼容性問題、或該電子商務網站在優惠期內可能無法正常運行、或由於任何原因無法連結該網站以至您無法兌換優惠碼，滙豐保險概不負責。

5. 德利物流貿易有限公司（而非滙豐保險）全權負責本優惠之生效和實施（如適用），以及相關Fitbit優惠產品（包括其相關服務及諮詢）的品質、供應及交付，包括所有相關的產品保養、缺陷、品質控制及已同意的維修服務。 德利物流貿易有限公司應根據德利物流貿易有限公司自身條款及細則向獲選的Well+ 會員提供相關優惠產品及/或服務。滙豐保險無意成為德利物流貿易有限公司與獲選的 Well+ 會員之間的任何銷售合同的一方。

6.     德利物流貿易有限公司並非本行或滙豐保險就本優惠的代理或代表。

7.  如欲查詢有關優惠碼或優惠詳情，請登入香港滙豐流動理財應用程式，前往 「支援」，選擇 「線上對話」；如欲查詢產品存貨、付運、送貨及相關服務資訊等，請透過電郵sales01@cw-supply.com直接聯絡德利物流貿易有限公司或前往handsomebeauty.com。

8. 有關本優惠之任何爭議，滙豐保險保留最終決定權。

9. 滙豐保險保留隨時更改本條款及細則的權利，而此優惠可由滙豐保險酌情撤回及/或終止，恕不另行通知。 滙豐保險不對任何此類更改、撤銷及/或終止承擔任何責任。

10. 除獲選的Well+會員及滙豐保險外，任何人士均無權根據《合約（第三者權利）條例》強制執行或享有本條款及細則任何條文的利益。

11. 本條款及細則之中英文版本如有任何出入，一概以英文為準。

12. 本條款及細則應與 Well+條款及細則一起閱讀，您可前往 Well+網站 hsbc.com.hk/WellPlus 或香港滙豐流動理財應用程式查閱詳情。如果本條款及細則與 Well+條款及細則之間僅就本優惠有任何衝突，則以本條款及細則為準。

13. 本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律管轄，並按其詮釋。
